Fieldwork Issues Flow Charts

These flow charts outline processes that should be followed should the preceptor or student have a concern during fieldwork placement. The charts are as follows:

1. 'General Concern': The preceptor notices a minor student performance issue such as punctuality or inappropriate communication that does not impact safety or seriously violate ethical or professional responsibilities.

2. 'Student Concern': The student has a concern regarding the preceptor.

3. 'Red Flag': The preceptor has serious concerns regarding student performance that impacts safety or violates ethical, legal, or professional responsibilities.
